Granada II (real name unknown)

The floor plan is the same as the 3 bedroom Granada. I recreated the floor plan after being in a few and I am still researching for the model name.  For now the Granada II is the most appropriate.

The Spacemaster

This is the biggest little house in Simi.  When you walk through this house it's hard to believe it's only 1,781 square feet. Bonus room or 5th bedroom upstairs with master bedroom and two other bedrooms downstairs.

Open first floor with all bedrooms upstairs.  Loft at top of stairs with wrap around sundeck off master bedroom.  Largest model.
